    INGREDIENTS

    150 gram pasta, preferably farfalle
    1 teaspoon salt

    -
    2 tablespoon olive oil, extra-virgin
    3 clove garlic, large, sliced into thin flakes
    1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
    150 gram mascarpone cheese
    150 gram smoked salmon

    COOKING METHOD

    1. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add salt and farfalle pasta. Cook about 10 minutes or as per instructions on pasta packet. Remove from heat, drain, and set aside.
       
    2. Place a heavy skillet or pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and once hot, toss in garlic flakes. Stir; add salt, pepper, followed by mascarpone cheese. Reduce heat to low and stir till melted. Add smoked salmon and cook for about 1 minute.
       
    3. Add cooked pasta to the pan and stir till coated and heated through, abut another minute. Remove from heat.
       
    4. Tip into pasta bowls and serve hot.
