INGREDIENTS
Dressing:
2 1⁄2 teaspoons sugar
1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon onion, grated or minced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1⁄2 cup mayonnaise, (vegetarian mayo if you want to make this vegetarian)

1⁄2 cabbage, finely sliced
1 carrot, large, finely shredded into long juliennes
COOKING METHOD
- To make dressing: In a large bowl, add sugar, salt, mustard powder, black pepper powder, onion, apple cider vinegar, and mayonnaise. Whisk well.
- Slide in cabbage and carrot; toss well to coat evenly with dressing.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve chilled.
