    INGREDIENTS

    500 gram pomegranate seeds, from about 3 medium pomegranates
    500 ml yogurt, about 2 cups
    2 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
    1/2 teaspoon ground roasted coriander, or 1/2 teaspoon ground roasted cumin

    COOKING METHOD

    1. Mix all ingredients (except the ground roasted coriander / cumin) together in a large bowl ensuring the sugar dissolves.
       
    2. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
       
    3. Stir well and sprinkle ground roasted coriander / cumin over the raita before serving.
