    INGREDIENTS

    1/4 small melon, diced
    1/2 medium mango, peeled and diced
    1 banana, peeled and diced
    1/2 medium apple, diced
    1/2 orange, peeled and diced
    1 tablespoon mint leaves, finely chopped
    1 cup yogurt, hung in a muslin cloth to drain for 20 minutes
    1 tablespoon coconut milk, thick, 1st press
    1 tablespoon condensed milk
    1/3 cup ice, crushed
    mint sprig, to garnish

    COOKING METHOD

    Serves: 2 

    1. Place melon in a bowl; add mango, banana, apple, orange, and finely chopped mint. Mix well and reserve.
       
    2. Tip hung yogurt into a separate bowl. Pour in coconut milk and condensed milk; stir to mix well.
       
    3. Divide the crushed ice equally and place in two tall glasses or goblets; add half the reserved fruit into each glass, then top with equal amounts of yogurt mixture. Garnish each with a sprig of mint, and serve immediately.
