    INGREDIENTS

    4 medium raw mangoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/4 teaspoon black salt (kala namak), (kala namak)
    1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
    190 gram jaggery (gur), (about 1 cup), broken into small pieces
    4 sprig mint leaves, fresh, to garnish

    COOKING METHOD

    1. Place pressure cooker on high heat. Slide in sliced raw mangoes and pour in 1 liter water. Add kala namak, roasted cumin powder, and jaggery; stir well. Seal pressure cooker and cook for about 10 minutes. Take off heat and set aside to cool before opening.
       
    2. Once cool, pour cooked mangoes and liquid into a blender and run till smooth.
       
    3. Serve chilled; pour into individual glasses and garnish each glass with 1 sprig of mint
